Oct 25th- Madrona Mindful Walk
On Oct 23rd at 9am, the lovely Martha Hamilton and I will lead a Mindful Walking Meditation through Madrona.
Walking meditations are excellent alternatives to seated ones- especially when it seems like most of our days are spent sitting! As with most meditation, the focus is to disengage from the whirl of our internal monologue and pay attention to what is going on around us: the feel of our feet on the earth, the smell of the morning, the sound of birds, the shift of our spine with each step, etc.
